Personal Life

My Name is Munna Kumar Singh, belongs to State Bihar, India. I completed my schooling from my native village, for higher study I went to my city and there I completed I.com with commerce stream 2006 and went to Ludhiana to earn money. There I run a PCO booth & worked there for 8 month and returned back home for some reasons.

In 2007, I stated to teach English Grammar & Literature to students from class 6th to 12th standard. At first I used to teach in a Govt. Middle school near by my village with Rs. 500 salary. I taught there for 6 month then I got an offer from a private school where I had studied. For some time I used to taught in both schools for part time. I had started a coaching center with my friend 2nd Munna Sir. He used to teach Math up to 12 standard students. Private school where I used to teach I was known as 3rd Munna Sir as English Teacher. The private school where I used to teach, school principal was also known as Munna Sir, his real name is Ajit Singh, So I was called 3rd Munna Sir, “English Teacher” at that time I was very famous for my teaching. During teaching I used to read the book before enter the class room so that teacher should have no any confusion on particular topic. 

During my teaching I directed a drama and I anchored in combination of English and Hindi. People of my Village and nearby village stated to give respect to him and I become famous for as 3rd Munna Sir “English Teacher” I did teaching for two years. (Period 2007 to 2008)

In 2008, I went to City to earn money and complete my B.com, There I got job to teach in Private School in the city. There I used to teach English. I taught in that school for six month and leaved the school, during teaching in that school I came in a contact with a Miss who came later to teach in that school, she took computer classes. One day she requested to teach her brother and sister. I told her to give me some time to think about this. I decide to teach her brother and sister. 

One interesting thing when she joined the school, I liked her too much. Nest day I accepted to teach her brother and sister. When I went to teach her brother she prepare the tea for me. This was continued for almost one and half year.

Year-2010. I had completed my B.com and was planning to migrate Delhi to learn and earn. In Delhi I took admission in a banking institute “IFBI”. There I did not clear an aptitude test and planned to search a job. 

Work History

The first job I got a sales profession in HDFC BANK. I had to visit the customer to open the current and saving account. I did for 15 days and quite the job.

I stated job searching for banking. After lots of difficulties I got an accountant job and did for 15 days and quit also this. Again I stated job searching and approached a job consultant. He took some fees and assure to find a job for me. He arrange interview for two or three company where I did not go for interview because I did not like to work for companies. Because I had a vision to work only for banks.

Year -2011, I joined again HDFC BANK as underwriter on PAMAC India payroll. I work there almost 11 moth and quite the job and joined Tata Motors Finance ltd and worked there for 8 moth and quite the job. After it I joined ICICI bank as operation executive and work there for 9 months and quite the job. I Joined AXIS Securities ltd as relationship officer in Car loan department and worked there for almost 2 years and quite the job. I joined Kotak prime ltd as team leader in car loan department on Ivangel Sales and service ltd and worked there for 6 months and get selected for AL SAHEL CONTRACTING CO. LLC as Archieve Clerck in 2016 and continuing there till date.

Family life.

I belongs to a medium class family. My Father is peasant and mother is house wife and I have a brother. He is doing a mechanical job in India. 

Year -2013, I got married to Sangeeta Singh, she is phycology honor’s and house wife. I have two daughters, JIYA and RICHA.

The Journey of Reprogramming of mind



During working at Al Sahel Project-235, I got motivated to write it, at first its name was a guide for self-motivation. Upon its completion I changed its name –Reprogramming of mind. This book is based on self-motivation and life topics. There are lots of example and stories are there in the book that can change the life. There are seven chapter in this book and all related to today life. It take 05 years to complete this book. There came lots of movement in my life where I got too much demotivated that I leaved to write this book. Two or three times I changed my plan and decided not to write this book. Sometimes I got motivated to write the book. This way book was completed in 5 years.

Year -2019, I stated youtube channel “Munna HRM” I uploaded maximum 10 video related motivation and Human Resource management. But the channel did not perform well. Same year I also stated set up blogger account on blogger not worked on it. At that time I had dot belief that people can really earn as claimed by various blogger.

Presently I am working on previous blogger and posting new articles there. All blogs will be on various topics related to human resources, organizational, related to interview preparation. Finance, Insurance, Motivational quotes, motivational stories etc.
