A company is an artificial person, it has an entity, People know it's by logo, common seal are visible mark by which people know the company.
A company has many types of capital one of them are employees. Employees
 are capital of the company, so it is called Human capital, Human capital is the intellectual capital among all capital of the company. because they have knowledge, 
 power of analyzing experience and managing capabilities,
