Today most of employees want to become performer at workplace and get praise by peers, by their team leaders and by Managers or to get best performance appraisal feedback by their reporting Managers or to get promotion in the organization. To grow in an organization, years of experience does not matter, matter your sincerity for assigned work, punctuality at workplace, time line of response and many more.

Skills impact on overall performance of an employee. One of them is leadership. Leadership skill is very essential for an employee to grow quickly in the organization. A leader leads the employees, motivate the employees, inspire the employees, empower the team, and share organizational mission with employees. A leadership quality always praised by everyone. Lots of example we can find within the organization and outside the organization.

To make the career it is need to learn new things at work place, many employees these days focusing on taking more degrees and upgrading their skill and knowledge to grow in profession life. It is necessary for everyone to upgrade time to time if any new courses coming in the market related to your profession. Companies also appreciates the employees who upgrade themselves during working, it is beneficial for companies because Human resources getting upgraded without organizational effort. It is sign of good culture of a company where employees are appreciated by management upon getting a new degree/diploma. An upgraded employee help many ways to an organization. These days’ new applications are lunched in the market which makes work much easier and companies are also taking interest to purchase those. 

These above information is not enough for to be your best version at workplace. There are lots of things those are observed within the employees who are best version at work place. There are some people whose sentiments are only hard working and giving more productivity is the key factors to become best version at work place. But there is nothing like this in practice. There are lots things need to adopt in daily life to become best version at work place. 

Managers seek three types of information within employees.

Treat based information: It identifies a character of an employee such as attitude, initiative, creativity, team work, effective communication, 

Behavior based information: It likes verbal persuasion, timeline of response, ethics. Behavior based information focus on specific behavior that lead to job success 

Result based information: It like increased sales volume, cost reduction, unit produced, improved quality.  Result based information means where employees productivity are measured are given more incentive and are in the eye of management and get promoted when company need.

If these three types of information related actions and behavior are observed within an employee, he is and will be best version of employees at work place.
