  There is no any exact explanation about freedom at work, it’s depends on person to person that what’s are they thinking about this. Peoples have their own concept about freedom at work.  There are mentioned below some points for freedom at work if company provides to employees.  If work from home or remote work is promoted by company or provide same facilities to employees for one day or two days in a week then it can be considered freedom at work. If company allows its employees to go out either for breakfast, lunch or for personal work subject to manage his/ her daily work for particular day, or manage any day if not necessary to complete same day or time.  There should be no any question asked about what are you doing full day at office, if you do not found always sitting on your seat during office timing.
