Deserving employees are getting cornered amid Corporates Internal Politics.


 Today’s modern age there is no one who cares for you basically in professional life. if you think that someone is thinking about your career within organization it is impulsion and rarely happens like this however how much you giving productivity is another subject.   

Today’s most of people’s first choice to do a job after completing their education. There are very few who plan for startup. Most of people prefer to get employed in any factory/ organization to earn money. Everyone needs money without it we cannot imagine a smooth life. We need many things in our life on daily basis. We cannot manage the single one day without money.

Money is the reasons that drive us for doing a job or opting for business. There are many perceptions among the people about good or bad job or people categories good or bad job. People opted the job as per their qualification, need or situation. Because job is the quickest way to earn the money.

Doing a job is not easy for everyone, because in a job we have to follow the company rules and regulations. If we talk about HR rules and regulations are same in most of companies but there are lots of differentiates in Policies. There are policy for compensation, employee’s growth in the organization, rewarding & encouraging the employees and many more.

Behind all those, there is corporates internal politics. Deserving employees are got cornered and undeserving employees are got uplifted. There are many reasons for getting corner of deserving employees.

Near and dear employee to a Manager is get uplifted in the organization quickly.

Near and dear employees are outsourced for senior or managerial role and an experienced and deserving employees are kept aside from promotion.

If any employee speak for his/her right is given many reasons.

Employees are made downgrade if he fight for his right.

Employees are ignored.

 Some Managers use “use and throw” policy at project sites. Some Managers promise to promote the employees and end of Project they forget their promise even they ignore seeing you.

Actually there is no one who wants to get corner in any organization where he is associated with. There may be many reasons where an employee spend long duration of time with an organization, which may be good culture, salary on time, job security, and many more reasons.

There may be one more reasons that he is in comfort zone in that organization and fearing to take the risk to look for other organization. In other organization, we got new colleagues, new bosses, new culture, and ways to work system. There are many bosses who are abusive by words but very good by hearts. Many cannot cope up with bosses. It can be one of the reason that one cannot leave the job and look for the change. For the employee the other reason may be that he is burden by big responsibility and compulsion to pay the debt. 

Management should have career progression plan for everyone who are associated with organization and have desired to grow professionally. Someone open up about and someone doesn’t. Someone shows disagreement and someone not.
