Productivity can the part of organizational success but cannot be considered completely. Organizational culture, ethical behaviors, Management decision making styles and employees freedom, employees’ motivation, employee KSA, Quality, Safety Innovative operation and employees training play vital roles in organizations.
There are a lot of parameters for organizational Success & Organizational Training is one of them. Establishing a training center in the organizations should be priority. Training center can be used to a greater degree for Organizational Success in the Area of Productivity, Quality, Safety, and Motivating, Connecting with Project Staff and Workers for core competency in Projects and Subsequently gaining organizational objectives, goals, Mission & Vision.

Core Competencies needs Analysis
The four Pillars of Core Competency: Productivity, Quality/Safety, Employees’ Skill and Innovation Operation are our organizational need for completing successful projects, building our brand values and becoming Leader in Construction Market in the Community. Quality and Productivity is more important and has been always subject matters for concern and attention and those are linked to various factors like Human Psychology, Motivation, Organizational Ethics, Organizational Culture, Employees Attitudes, behaviors, Process, Knowledge and Skills. Those gaps can be filled by proper Training, direction, sharing knowledge and making people excellence for this.
Through these core competencies Management can redesign the Training Centre & construct a Training committee and involving members from Projects, Quality Manager, Safety Manager, HR Manager, Project Director/Project Manager and any other Members as required should be included.
Training Committee Members.
Project Director/Manager: Discussing Project Operational issue for Productivity, proper manpower utilizations, coordination for work related to subcontractors with line of Quality and Safety.
Quality Manager; Quality requirements and missing and filling the Quality Gap through sharing knowledge and discussion and Direction.
Safety Manager: Highlighting Safety Issue and giving directions on various safety concerns. Developing safety behaviors in employees and through this one-day they will work automatically in safety mode.
HR Manager: Interacting & Motivating employees toward work attitude, Workplace Culture, Ethical Areas, Communication Tangible and Intangible benefit provided by Company and Listening their Problems and giving HR related solutions.
Other Members can be added as needed.
Training Delivery.
Training can be arranged at projects sites and Training time & duration should be decided by Project Management once or twice in a month. It can be best if you allocate 15 minutes of time allocation for each of Operation, Quality, safety and HR Interaction.
