What does freedom at work means to you?

 There is no any exact explanation about freedom at work, it’s depends on person to person that what’s are they thinking about this. Peoples have their own concept about freedom at work. There are mentioned below some points for freedom at work if company provides to employees. If work from home or remote work is promoted by company or provide same facilities to employees for one day or two days in a week then it can be considered freedom at work.If company allows its employees to go out either for breakfast, lunch or for personal work subject to manage his/ her daily work for particular day, or manage any day if not necessary to complete same day or time. There should be no any question asked about what are you doing full day at office, if you do not found always sitting on your seat during office timing. Subject to you manage your daily work. It can be considered freedom at work if employees are allowed to take their breakfast or lunch at any time. Even before & after the time against normal timing provided by company. If company allow its employees to give suggestion for better operational functioning of company or improvement of existing processes and procedure of company.

A system provide by company that top management can take action against the manager who does not fairly deal with his subordinates in the office or a clear instruction is passed by company or procedure how to complaint against the reporting manager.
