How can one ensure mental well being at work

 Employees are the intellectual capital & assets of any organizations. people as human assets in the organizations are the Glue that holds all the other assets, such as financial and physicals ones and together guides their use to better achieve result for the organization where they associates with. Employees should being well, this not only employees responsibility but also organization's also to take care of his employees.

There are lots of reason that employees some times do not feel well being. when employee does not feel well being, there is a chance to be absenteeism. absenteeism can reduce productivity. not only his/her productivity . it also affect to group peer productivity. if the employee managing the team then lots of effect for that day in productivity can be seen. when employees are pushed for more productivity or given more pressure or given target on him to get work done within stimulated time. he gets pressure on him. he get stress due work load, this load never ends. day by day work done increase and some time he has to attend the meeting and additional meeting pressure are putted on him. Stressed people cannot give his 100 percent. slowly he become patient of many dieses. this is the fact mostly happen with employees.
There are two sides of human life, Personal & professional. both are essential for us. both are supplementary of each other. everyone should not only focus on any one. both are important for us. everyone should care himself/herself. besides of professional life one should make daily routine for walking, daily exercise, meditation, spend time with family.
For mental well being one should also focus on his daily life routine, is he taking breakfast/ lunch/ dinner on time or not. late night sleeping also effect on our mental well being
For employees mental well being companies should facilitate work from home, two holidays in a week. some companies has these types of facilities and allow his employee to take. companies can take other steps like arranging indoor games for employees in a week where they can gather in the company campus and enjoy the game and forget all those work pressure/stress for that period of time. for employees mental well being can promote a work life balance and discuss with employee about his mental health.
