Are jobs the only way to earn money & fame?

Jobs means you are given a particular task to complete daily. Job has broader meaning than to take a particular job for example it cannot be illustrated. Every job has its descriptions and specification. It depends on the type of job. Every job has its own responsibility. A low level job has low responsibility and high level job has more responsibilities.  Now talking about salary,  a high level job holder is paid a high salary when a low level job holder is paid low salary .the question is, is a job the only way to earn money & fame? Because today most youngsters are running fast to make a career in a job. Lots of youngsters sit every year  for government jobs. Some pass and some try for next year. This is continuing every year. Result some youngsters lost their pearl time to pass the exam for government jobs and did not get the job. This way he had no skill or technical degree to get a high paid job.

When they search for a job to start a career as an employee. Most companies prefer to hire experienced candidates.at that time they had no work experience or skill or technical degree which required the company. The question is why youngsters only dream of a job and look for their career only in a job. This is not with a single student, it is almost with 90 percent of students who are looking for their career job only. Parents' dreams are also behind this. They dream that their child will become engineer, government officer etc. parents programmed children to mind early for a good job first for government job and other option is private job. There may be 10 percent of parents who encourage their children to start a small business. The reason is doing a job is easier than setting up a business and compared to risk in the business. There are lots of people who think they will first do a job then they will do a business, these perceptions are with lots of people.Today maximus people are anxious about their current job and they are searching for better options. Someone is not able to manage family maintenance properly with his her current salary. There are some companies which do not pay employees on time, it is a big issue for someone.I saw an interview of Praful MBA chaiwallah. During the interview he told that when he was preparing for the MBA cat exam, during preparation he felt that he couldn't clear the exam, he quit the plan to prepare for CAT exam and started MBA chaiwallah. Now he runs a brand MBA chaiwallah. There are lots of franchises opening in that part of the country. During the interview he added that there are lots of students. who have potential to start the business and manage properly but they waste their pearl time for job preparations. I am not against education. Today I also feel how much time and money I have spent to get the degree for a better job career. Today lots of people like me have earned lots of diplomas/ degrees but they are not satisfied with their career.The other factor behind this is financial literacy. Financial education is not provided to us during school time so how to earn money & how to become financially independent and a job is not only a source to earn money. The main purpose of writing this article is to inform parents to educate their children  about financial education and program their minds so that they can start their career as an entrepreneur.
